Happy Hoarders!!!! Circle Swap - IGI and Squee!!!

This is the I got It and Squee! Thread for the Happy Hoarders Circle Swap. Please let us all know here once you receive the box and once you send it out so we can all track it's progress and talk about the fun the ensues!!! Enjoy the sniffles. Feel free to keep some from the box, but please how ever many you take be sure to put the same amount back in so we all have a chance to enjoy some scents! For those shipping in the US please be sure to include a DC and provide that to me and the person you are sending the box to. This helps for easy tracking.

Enjoy sniffing everyone and have fun!!!! OH OH Also, I'm going to include a piece of paper with a small note on it, just for fun. Feel free to add something to the note, even just a hello if you would like and keep it with the box when sending it on. Just thought it would be a fun addition to this swap.

So you know what to expect there is a small box for the imps and that is placed in a larger tuperware type box with other stuff. I putt a couple packing peanuts in there to fill the room and the imps are wrapped in bubblewrap, then I put it all in a large bubble mailer. Please feel free to remove the packing peanuts if you need the extra room for putting stuff in the box. Let me know if you have questions! If we can, try to reuse the mailer, i'm sure mother nature will appreciate it. but if it gets beat up or course feel free to change it out.

I went through it quickly and now I need to go back more slowly, and also go thru my stash to see what I can add. Wooohooo!!!

Decanter's Details!!!!

UPDATES:
I will provide updates for each circle, letting you know when it's closed, when the order is placed, if there are any delays or back orders, when the CnS is received, when I have the oils in hand, when decanting is complete, and when everything has been shipped out.

SHIPPING:
$3.75 For US (Includes Delivery Confirmation)

(These prices cover up to 10 decants and 1 bottle, or 2 bottles. An additional $0.25 will be added for every set of 5 imps or each single bottle above that. Thank you for understanding)

I am also happy to combine shipping with sales if you want them shipped at the same time. Please let me know if I am shipping to an APO, Shipping charges will need individual quote.

Optional - $1.70 for insurance.

PAYMENT:
All forms of paypal accepted, fee's will be calculated into your total. E-checks need to clear prior to shipment of your order. Please include your LJ screen name and the name of the circle (Lunacy, Luper, Yule, Etc.) in the comments of your payment!

PACKAGING:
I place all imps/decants/bottles in small ziplock bags. They are then bubble wrapped and used in new bubble mailers. I will on occasion reused a like new bubble mailer in order to reduce waste.

TURN AROUND TIME:
I ask for your patience with me and the Lab as these orders can take a while to turn around and are sometimes backordered. I will keep updating as far as once I order, get my C&S, have order in hand, ETC. Once I have all the items in hand I am pretty proud of my quick turn around times. I try to have everything decanted and in the mail within 48 hours. If it looks like for any reason it will take longer than this I will let you know asap!

Empty Bottles:
Empty bottles will be given away to those who ask. 1 per person to start, if there are then some left unrequested, 2nd's will be given.

Extras:
I try to always include extras, when possible this may include frimps or decants. As this isn't always possible, I still try to include tea, candy, little toys or other goodies. Enjoy. :)

CONCERNS

I haven't come into this yet but please, if you have a concern whether it be on timing, the accuracy of your order, how it arrived, anything, let me know. If you do not purchase insurance I can not be held accountable for what may happen once the items are shipped but I do everything in my power to make sure your purchase arrives to you safe, sound and in a timely manor. Please email me or PM me if there is an issue and I will be more than happy to try and do whatever I can to solve it.

In addition to trying to make things right for you, it is important that I know if I have done something wrong. I promise if something is wrong it was not on purpose and I can only fix issues when people let me know. I appreciate all feedback.

Also, please leave your forum name if you belong to the forums so that I can leave you wonderful feedback upon receiving payment.
